What is amphet and what data does it handle?

amphet is an AI QA tool that processes customer support call recordings on behalf of businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we handle it, and what we don't do with it.

Call recordings and transcripts

When you use amphet, call recordings are processed through our pipeline. PII —names, phone numbers, account numbers, and similar identifiers — is stripped before any data reaches our analysis systems. Processed transcripts and audit reports are stored securely and are only accessible to your team. We do not use your call data to train models. We do not share it with third parties.

Information you give us directly

When you sign up or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and company details. We use this to communicate with you about your account, onboarding, and product updates. We don't sell this information to anyone

Usage data

We collect basic information about how you use the product — pages visited, features used, session duration. This helps us improve amphet. It is never linked to your call data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and understand how people use the site. You can turn cookies off in your browser, though some parts of the product may not work properly if you do.

Data security

We use industry-standard security practices for storage, access control, and transmission. Your call data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
